En op de terreinen specialistische functies Bedrijfsvoering. De OD NZKG gaat in perceel 2 een broker contracteren die gespecialiseerd is in het werven van externe specialisten, bijvoorbeeld ZZP'ers, of werknemers in dienst van derden, om in te zetten bij de OD NZKG. De broker is ervoor verantwoordelijk passende kandidaten te werven. De OD NZKG kan zelf ook voorkeurskandidaten aanleveren voor de broker. Kandidaten komen onder contract bij de broker en deze zal tevens verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afhandelen van de administratieve processen en het overnemen van de risico’s in het kader van de Wet Keten Aansprakelijkheid.
