Information about review deadlines: Contra este acto, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer con carácter potestativo recurso especial en materia de contratación ante el Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público, de acuerdo con el artículo 44 y siguientes de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP).
