Title: Näyte- lääke- ja verikuljetuspalvelu
Description: Näyte- lääke- ja verikuljetuspalvelu Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen. Palvelu tapahtuu Satasairaalasta tai Satasairaalaan (Sairaalantie 3, 28500 Pori), ja Rauman Sairaalasta tai Rauman Sairaalaan (Steniuksenkatu 2, 26100 Rauma). 1-2 kpl laatikkoa/kuljetus. Toiminta-aika on virka-aikana arkisin klo 7-15 että virka-ajan ulkopuolella, arkisin klo 15-07 sekä viikonloppuisin. Näyte- lääke -ja verikuljetuspalvelulla kuljetetaan laboratorionäytteitä, lääkkeitä tai verikuljetuksia potilaille (Esimerkiksi: Rauman sairaalasta noudetaan näytekuljetuslaatikko, joka viedään Satasairaalan laboratorioon). Näyte- ja verikuljetukset ovat kriittisiä potilaan hoidon tai hoitoon pääsyn tai potilaan jatkohoidon kannalta. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Rauman Toimipisteet / Reitit: Osa-alue 2: Porin Toimipisteet / Reitit: Määräaikainen sopimuskausi on 3 vuotta. Tämän lisäksi varaa oikeuden kahteen yhden (1) vuoden optiokauteen. Tarjouspyynnössä mainitut vuosikulutusmäärät ovat suuntaa antavia arvioita ja perustuen aiemmin toteutuneisiin kulutusmääriin eivätkä sido tilaajaa. Sopimuskauden aikana voi tapahtua toiminnallisia muutoksia, joiden vaikutusta matkojen määriin ei osata etukäteen arvioida. Näyte- ja verikuljetuspalvelua voidaan tilata tarvittaessa myös muihin toimipisteisiin/reiteille, joita ei ole tarjouspyynnössä lueteltu.
