Description: Hyrynsalmen kunta (jäljempänä "tilaaja") pyytää tarjousta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti oppilas- ja asiointiliikennekuljetusten osalta sopimuskaudelle 2027-2031 sekä optiona 1.8.2031-31.7.2033. Hankinnan kohteena on tilausajona suoritettavat oppilaskuljetukset ja asiointiliikenne. Oppilaskuljetukset ja niitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1A , Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus - Oppilaskuljetukset. Asiointiliikenne ja niitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1B, Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus - Asiointiliikenne. Osatarjoukset ovat sallittuja seuraavasti: Hankintaan kuuluu kaksi hankintakokonaisuutta, oppilas- ja asiointiliikenne. Kumpikin hankintakokonaisuus on jaettu reittikohtaisiin osa-alueisiin. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhdellä tarjouksella sekä oppilaskuljetuksiin että asiointiliikenteeseen, taikka vain toiseen kuuluvia osa-alueita. Samalla tarjouksella voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta, ja yhdellä tai useammalla ajoneuvotyypillä. Osatarjousten tulee kuitenkin aina koskea kokonaisia reittejä. Vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Tarjouskilpailun kohteista on mahdollista antaa yhdistelmätarjous, joka koskee useita kohteita.
