Title: Gebruik en onderhoud van CIED software
Description: Er is een groeiende populatie van patiënten met een cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED), zoals pacemakers, defibrillatoren en loop recorders. De medische en technische opvolging van deze patiënten en toestellen vergt een goede structurele dataverzameling. Ook de wettelijk bepaalde oprichting van de contactpunten materiovigilantie (KB15/11/2017) binnen de zorginstellingen vraagt daarnaast een goede opvolging van alle incidenten met deze implantaten. De opvolging van deze toestellen verschuift meer en meer naar een telecardiologische opvolging op afstand, waardoor er goede documentatie van het dataverkeer en medische acties nodig is. Momenteel is er binnen het KWS geen structurele dataopslag en workflow van deze informatie van patiënten met een CIED voorzien. Met NexuzHealth loopt een project waarbij een structureel CIED-dossier binnen het KWS wordt ontworpen dat binnen verschillende ziekenhuizen kan gebruikt worden. Hierin willen we de verschillende informatie-stromen uit hospitalisatie, ambulante en telecardiologische zorg “patient centered” verzamelen en voorstellen binnen een uniform dashboard. Door de informatie vanuit deze verschillende datastromen eenduidige te coderen kunnen deze op dezelfde plek landen. Hierdoor is telkens de meest recente informatie gecentraliseerd beschikbaar. Met NexuzHealth werd er een mapping uitgevoerd van de gewenste velden en de overeenkomstige definities in de internationaal erkende IEEE standaard (IEEE Std 11073‐10103) die de dataexport structureert over verschillende producenten van CIED. Deze vertaling moet gebeuren op meerdere platformen zowel voor in-huis controle als via webportals waar de gegevens van de thuis opvolging binnen komt. Een voorstudie van NexuzHealth toonde echter aan dat de producenten deze standaard nog niet uniform toepassen. Een ‘vertaling’ van de aangeleverde data door de verschillende producenten kan niet opgenomen worden door NexuzHealth en vergt inschakeling van een derde partij (‘middle ware vendor’).

Title: Gebruik en onderhoud van CIED software

Description of selection criterion: Om de financiële draagkracht van de kandidaat/inschrijver te controleren zal de Aanbesteder gebruik maken van de Creditsafe International Score. De Creditsafe Internationale Score is een gestandaardiseerde score afgeleid van de normale Creditsafe score. Het maakt een vergelijking van kredietrisico's mogelijk tussen bedrijven die in verschillende landen geregistreerd zijn. Meer info op https://www.creditsafe.be.
