Attikarähme, Dämmung der Luftschicht mittels Mineralwolldämmung sowie Herstellung der Verblenderfassade einschließlich Abfangungen im Sturzbereich und Verfugung. Darüber hinaus ist das Gebäude für die eigenen sowie Nachfolgegewerke komplett mit einem Schutzgerüst einzurüsten.
