Title: Suivi et gestion de chantiers de réhabilitation de sites pollués
Description: L’objet de l’accord-cadre est la prestation de services relatifs au suivi et à la gestion de chantiers de réhabilitation de sites (potentiellement) pollués en Wallonie. Les prestations prévues sont les suivantes pour le suivi de chantier (contrôleur de chantier): Assurer la surveillance et le suivi sur le terrain de certains chantiers. Faire un reporting journalier vers un contrôleur ou gestionnaire de chantiers SPAQuE ou que la SPAQuE aura désigné afin de le tenir au courant de l’évolution des chantiers. Interagir avec les intervenants externes (entrepreneurs) pour résoudre les situations problématiques « standards ». Informer le contrôleur ou le gestionnaire de chantier rapidement en cas de situation urgente. Etablir un rapport journalier synthétique (email de quelques lignes avec photos si nécessaire) des différentes prestations journalières. Les prestations prévues sont les suivantes pour la gestion de chantier (gestionnaire de travaux) : Assurer la préparation et le suivi technique de certains chantiers. Assurer la coordination des différents intervenants et participer aux réunions de chantier. Identifier les risques ou dérives pouvant affecter les travaux et proposer les mesures correctrices appropriées. Etablir un reporting régulier sur l'avancement des travaux et les difficultés rencontrées.
