Information about review deadlines: Σε περίπτωση προσφυγής κατά πράξης της αναθέτουσας αρχής, η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι: (α) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης στον ενδιαφερόμενο οικονομικό φορέα αν η πράξη κοινοποιήθηκε με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα ή (β) δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης σε αυτόν αν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν άλλα μέσα επικοινωνίας, ή (γ) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την πλήρη, πραγματική ή τεκμαιρόμενη, γνώση της πράξης που βλάπτει τα συμφέροντα του ενδιαφερόμενου οικονομικού φορέα. Η άσκηση προδικαστικής προσφυγής κατά διακήρυξης διαγωνισμού επιτρέπεται μέχρι και δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από τη δημοσίευσή της στο ΚΗΜΔΗΣ.
