Description: Le présent marché est un marché de services à prestations continues pendant 48 mois, divisé en deux lots, conclu avec un seul adjudicataire par lot pour une durée maximale de quatre ans. Lot 1 : le nettoyage des parties communes et abords des immeubles sis rue Victor Rauter, 30-32-34, 1070 Anderlecht. Lot 2 : le nettoyage des espaces collectifs et abords sis rue des Goujons,59 61-63, 1070 Anderlecht. Les soumissionnaires peuvent remettre offre pour un ou plusieurs lots. Chaque lot est attribué séparément. La valeur estimée du présent marché, prise en considération aux fins de l'application de la réglementation relative aux marchés publics, s'élève à 672.000 EUR HTVA, soit 336.000 EUR HTVA par lot. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de quatre ans à compter de la date fixée dans la notification de conclusion du marché ou dans l'ordre de commencer les prestations. Deze overheidsopdracht is een opdracht voor diensten met doorlopende prestaties voor een periode van 48 maanden, opgedeeld in twee percelen en gesloten met één opdrachtnemer per perceel voor een maximumduur van vier jaar. Perceel 1: het schoonmaken van de gemeenschappelijke delen en omliggende terreinen van de gebouwen gelegen aan de Victor Rauterstraat 30-32-34, 1070 Anderlecht. Perceel 2: het schoonmaken van de collectieve ruimten en omliggende terreinen gelegen aan de Grondelstraat 59, 61-63, 1070 Anderlecht. Inschrijvers mogen een offerte indienen voor één of voor meerdere percelen. Elk perceel wordt afzonderlijk toegewezen. De geraamde waarde van deze opdracht, die in aanmerking wordt genomen voor de toepassing van de regelgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten, bedraagt 672.000 euro excl. BTW, hetzij 336.000 euro excl. BTW per perceel. De opdracht wordt gesloten voor een duur van vier jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum die is vastgesteld in de kennisgeving van sluiting van de opdracht of in het bevel om de prestaties aan te vatten.
