Piesele solicitate au fost fabricate initial, ca de altfel intregul echipament, de catre Bingham Willamete, acesta fiind fabricantul care detine documentatia de executie, de verificare si testare a acestor componente.Fabricantul actual al acestor piese este firma SULZER PUMPS INC. CANADA, conform documentelor anexate la strategia de contractare, care a preluat documentatia de proiectare si fabricatie de la fabricantul initial Bingham Willamete, piese pentru care sunt stabilite detaliile de executie, functiile, parametrii esentiali, inclusiv limitele fundamentale de securitate prevazute in proiect, iar montarea lor in cadrul etansarii mecanice s-a facut in baza unor programe specifice de testare complexe ale fabricantului, teste de operabilitate in conditii anormale, teste de anduranta, teste de calificare in conditii dure de accidente extreme.Desenele de ansamblu sau cartile tehnice ale echipamentelor nu contin date concrete (dimensiuni, materiale specifice, desene de executie, etc.) despre piesele componente, acestea fiind identificate doar prin denumirea generica sau un numar de referinta, fara alte elemente de identificare, situatie in care CNE Cernavoda este in imposibilitatea de a elabora specificatii tehnice pentru acestea.
