Description: SERVICII DE MENTENANȚĂ CU GARANTAREA DISPONIBILITĂȚII TURBINELOR EOLIENE VESTAS MODEL V112 3MW MK1A, A SISTEMELOR SCADA, PPC SI AEOS DIN CEE CRUCEA NORD implică, în principal, realizarea: Actvitatilor de mentenanta preventiva, mentenanta corectiva, mentenanta predictiva, mentenanta pale. Realizarea serviciilor de mentenanță presupune obținerea rezultatelor așteptate într-un mod satisfăcător pentru Entitatea Contractanta. Solicitarile de clarificari privind Documentatia de atribuire din partea operatorilor economici interesati, si implicit raspunsurile aferente din partea Entitatii contractante, se vor transmite exclusiv prin intermediul SEAP, confom art.172, alin 3 din Legea 99/2016. Nota: In conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 99/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Entitatea Contractanta stabileste un termen limita in care va raspunde (CONSOLIDAT) in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, dupa cum urmeaza: 1.TERMEN LIMITĂ DE SOLICITĂRI CLARIFICĂRI: cu 18 de zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a Ofertelor; 2.TERMEN LIMITĂ PENTRU RĂSPUNSURI CONSOLIDATE: Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; Termenul de raspuns la clarificari a fost stabilit astfel incat operatorii economici sa aiba o perioada adecvata pentru analizarea documentatiei de atribuire si, ulterior, pentru elaborarea Ofertelor prin prisma raspunsurilor oferite de Entitatea Contractanta. NOTA: Operatorii economici interesați de acestă procedura pot solicita clarificări privind documentația de atribuire inclusiv CAIETUL DE SARCINI pana cel tarziu la termenul precizat mai sus. Entitatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a nu raspunde la clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire, transmise ulterior datei precizate mai sus, indiferent de subiectul acestor clarificari.
