Internettoegang vormt een kritische basisvoorziening voor studenten. De opdracht legt daarom niet uitsluitend de nadruk op technische dekking, maar ook op beschikbaarheid, performantie, monitoring, incidentbeheer, servicelevels en gebruikersondersteuning.
