Criterion: Enrolment in a trade register
Description of selection criterion: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre Foreign tenderers: Certificate for registration in the business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Criterion: Other economic or financial requirements
Description of selection criterion: Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating carried out by Experian, see www.experian.no. If the tenderer feels that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, please send supplementary information together with the qualification enquiry.
Criterion: Relevant educational and professional qualifications
Description of selection criterion: A very good ability to deliver is required. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications. An overview is requested in a table form of the personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal to fulfil the contract that has relevant competence for the individual sub-contract that the tenderer seeks to qualify for. The table is requested to include brief information on formal competence and the number of years experience for each individual. Persons that will be offered to the contracting authority should not be specified, and CVs should not be submitted.

Criterion: References on specified services
Description of selection criterion: Good experience is required from similar deliveries. The delivery must not be contentually similar to the modernisation project that the Contracting Authority needs assistance in carrying out. The contracting authority will emphasise whether the references show experience with deliveries of similar complexity and competence needs, including the complexity of the relevant contracting authority/recipients. Documentation requirement: The tenderer ́s up to three most important deliveries in the last three years, including a description of: • Recipient/contracting authority • Date of execution • Total number of hours • The assignment/delivery. The deliveries can be documented by filling in annex 2 in the qualification documentation, template for experience from similar deliveries.
