Description: Gemeente Deventer sluit als penvoerder namens Regio Midden-IJssel (gemeenten Deventer, Lochem, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte en Zutphen) raamovereenkomsten voor Wmo Safehouse. Het betreft tijdelijk verblijf in een abstinente en veilige woonomgeving met herstelgerichte begeleiding voor inwoners vanaf 18 jaar die na een klinische behandeling voor verslavingsproblematiek ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun herstel en uitstroom naar zelfstandig wonen. De tarieven worden door de aanbestedende dienst vastgesteld; gunning vindt plaats op kwaliteit. De raamovereenkomsten gaan in op 1 januari 2028 en lopen tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van twee maal twee jaar Raamovereenkomsten voor in totaal 25 plekken Safehouse, te sluiten met 6 aanbieders.
