Description: Verandering van opdrachtnemer is niet mogelijk om economische/technische redenen en zou leiden tot een aanzienlijk ongemak voor de aanbestedende dienst. Het separaat aanbesteden van de aanvullende behoefte t.a.v het onderhoudsregime is om zowel technische als economische redenen niet mogelijk. De betreffende wijziging is onlosmakelijk gerelateerd aan het door opdrachtnemer uit te voeren onderhoudsregime t.b.v het hoofdcontract. De aanvullende onderhoudswerkzaamheden kunnen niet losgeknipt worden van de overige werkzaamheden waardoor het nagenoeg onmogelijk is om een andere Opdrachtnemer de aanvullende werkzaamheden te laten uitvoeren in hetzelfde gebied en aan dezelfde objecten als waar de combinatie SAEM het onderhoud uitvoert. Bovendien zou de complexe coördinatie tussen meerdere opdrachtnemers in het gebied vertraging en een disproportionele (en onaanvaardbare) verhoging van de kosten met zich meebrengen.

Change
Description of modifications: De wijziging is een aanpassing van het Onderhoudsregime. Conform contract bijlage A.3.2.20 dienen er in 2025 twee deuren van de Middensluis te worden gewisseld. Tijdens de voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden is in overleg met OG gebleken dat deze scope onvolledig was. De scope is aangepast om een volledig onderhoudsregime te bewerkstelligen, zodat gedurende de contractperiode er geen onduidelijkheid bestaat over de omvang, de aard van de werkzaamheden en de kosten van de werkzaamheden.
