Description: Modificació núm.2 del contracte número d’ expedient 24-129-DOT1-Lot.1, per import de 68.861,92 €, IVA exclòs, equivalent al 1,04 % de l’import d’adjudicació. Es fa constar que l’import acumulat de la Modificació núm 1 i la modificació núm.2 no supera el 20% previst, atès que es de 234.286,48€, un 3,54% sobre l’import d’adjudicació del contracte.

Description of modifications: Que en les actuacions incloses en la segona modificació contractual comprenen les Propostes d’Ampliació i Millora: PAM13, 14, 15 i 16, d’acord amb el amb el detall i justificació continguts a l'informe tècnic-jurídic i, que es transcriu a continuació: 1.- La PAM 13 és conseqüència d’una incorrecta prescripció en el projecte dels mitjans necessaris per a construir els murs de formigó dels nuclis verticals. La solució adoptada ha consistit en disposar d’una consola trepant per l’execució del nucli d’ascensors i en la construcció amb bloc de formigó armat en els nuclis d’escales 1 i 2. 2.- La PAM 14 deriva d’una errada en la redacció del pressupost del projecte, ja que la partida definia ascensor de 6 persones i és necessari ascensor de 8 persones. A més, existia en el projecte una errada de prescripció de material dels ascensors que estan a l'exterior exposats a l’ambient marí, amb insuficientment especificació de tipus d’acer inoxidable per a una bona protecció de l’oxidació. . 3.- La PAM 15 es deu a que el projecte no preveu adequadament la necessitat de passos d’instalꞏlacions. Durant l’obra es va detectar la necessitat de crear una pas d'instalꞏlacions adjacent a l'escala del nucli 1, per al muntatge i posterior manteniment de les instalꞏlacions que discorren per el pas adjacent a l'escala, ja que no disposava de forjat per a accedir. 4.- La PAM 16 es justifica per una errada de projecte pel que fa a l’amplada de porta necessària per a permetre el muntatge i el manteniment dels equips de bombeig instalꞏlats a l’edifici. Estava prevista una porta de 90x220cm sense prestacions específiques contra incendis, i s’ha d’instalꞏlar un porta EI2-C60 de140x210
