Description: Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines Auftragnehmers, der eine webbasierte Plattform mit verschiedenen Monitoring-Services bereitstellt, die diese zentralen Funktionen enthalten: 1) Tagesaktueller Medienspiegel: Bereitstellung einer täglichen Übersicht über relevante Medienberichte aus Energie-, Klima- und Wirtschaftspolitik. Der Medienspiegel dient der tagesaktuellen Themenbeobachtung und ist für Geschäftsführung, Kommunikation und Fachbereiche ein wichtiges Arbeitsinstrument. 2) Medien- und Social-Media-Monitoring: Erfassung, Kategorisierung und Auswertung der Bericht erstattung über die dena als Unternehmen, zentrale Personen und deren Projekte. Ziel ist es, mit den Erkenntnissen die Wirkung der Kommunikation zu messen und die Kommunikationsarbeit zu optimieren. 3) Medienresonanzanalyse und Social-Listening: Ziel ist es, bei der Medienresonanzanalyse Themen, Botschaften und Personen der dena in den Medien sowie Reichweiten, Platzierung und Tonalität zu erfassen und beim Social-Listening Themen-Owner/Influencer, Tendenzen und die Resonanz in der Community in den sozialen Medien zu monitoren, um frühzeitig sowohl Trends als auch Risiken bei dena-relevanten Themen sowie dena-Nennungen erkennen zu können. 4) KI-Assistenz: Unterstützung bei der Auswertung und Interpretation von Daten aus dem Medien Monitoring und Social-Listening, Erstellung von Zusammenfassungen, Zugriff auf die dena-Datenbasis der webbasierten Plattform.
