De gehuurde voertuigen vormen een flexibele aanvulling op de beschikbare mobiliteitsvoorzieningen en worden ingezet wanneer de eigen vervoersmiddelen niet toereikend zijn of wanneer specifieke voertuigtypen nodig zijn. Geraamde waarde is €255.000,- inclusief de twee verlengopties. De maximale opdrachtwaarde wordt hiermee €382.500,-.
