Additional information: Opcije i moguća obnavljanja Uvjeti izvršenja bit će uređeni ugovorima o opskrbi električnom energijom povlaštenog kupca za svakog pojedinog naručitelja, a sve sukladno važećim zakonskim propisima, uvjetima određenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi i odabranoj ponudi. Ukoliko prilikom izvršenja pojedinačnih ugovora nastanu okolnosti zbog kojih će biti potrebno sačiniti dodatak ugovoru, svaka izmjena provest će se sukladno odredbama ZJN 2016. Naručitelj zadržava pravo primjene pregovaračkog postupka bez prethodne objave ukoliko se ukaže potreba i ukoliko su ispunjeni uvjeti koje propisuje ZJN 2016 za primjenu istog.

Title: Zajednička nabava električne energije za Poreč-Parenzo, proračunske korisnike i gradske tvrtke
Description: Predmet ovog postupka je nabava robe – opskrba električnom energijom za razdoblje od 12 obračunskih mjeseci od sklapanja pojedinačnih ugovora odnosno od uključenja obračunskih mjernih mjesta u bilančnu grupu opskrbljivača od strane nadležnog operatora sustava, u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim uvjetima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj provodi postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj bude proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv. "zelena energija"). Radi stimuliranja proizvodnje energije iz obnovljivih izvora, kako bi ona postala konkurentnija energiji dobivenoj iz konvencionalnih izvora te poticanja izgradnje novih izvora obnovljive energije i postizanja održivog razvoja, Naručitelj je odredio da električna energija mora sadržavati gore navedeni minimalni postotak električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Obnovljivi izvori energije su obnovljivi nefosilni izvori energije odnosno energija vjetra, sunčeva energija, aerotermalna, geotermalna i hidrotermalna energija, energija mora, energija vodotoka, energija iz biomase, plina iz deponija otpada, plina iz postrojenja za obradu otpadnih voda i bioplina (Zakon o tržištu električne energije, Narodne novine broj 111/21, 83/23 i 17/25). Kao potvrdu ispunjenja uvjeta o podrijetlu električne energije, odabrani ponuditelj biti će dužan po izvršenoj isporuci električne energije dostaviti Naručitelju potvrdu o podrijetlu električne energije sukladno Metodologiji utvrđivanja podrijetla električne energije (Narodne novine broj 133/14 i 127/19).

Gospodarski subjekti dužni su u ponudi dostaviti potpisani prijedlog Okvirnog sporazuma u znak prihvaćanja uvjeta istog.
