Short description
Scopul contractului de servicii este prestarea serviciului „Studiu de fezabilitate pentru reabilitarea
liniei feroviare Craiova-Drobeta Turnu Severin-Caransebes, parte a Coridorului Orient/Est -Mediteranean, în conformitate cu prevederile regulamentelor si reglementarilor în vigoare, la standardele impuse pentru Coridoarele Europene.
Obiectivele generale ale proiectului sunt:
i) Modernizarea liniei de cale ferata în conformitate cu Specificatiile Tehnice de Interoperabilitate (STI) si cu previziunile cererii de trafic de calatori si de marfa national si international, astfel:
- linie dubla, electrificata, de 25 kV,
- controlata de un sistem ERTMS (ETCS Nivel II+GSM-R ),
- gabarit de libera trecere C,
- sarcina pe osie de minim 22,5 tone/osie,
- posibilitatea exploatarii trenurilor cu lungimea de 740 m în toate statiile,
- caracteristici ale peronului – peroane înalte si lungime a peronului de 40 m, în toate statiile,
- lucrari civile în statii - lucrari de igienizare si cosmetizare a constructiilor existente, interventii la structuri, eficientizare fluxuri,
- viteze de circulatie cuprinse între 100 - 120 km/h (pentru trenurile de marfa) si 120 - 160 km/h (pentru trenurile de calatori).
ii) Modernizarea electrificarii pe toata lungimea (în sistem de alimentare de 25 kV);
iii) Marirea capacitatii de tranzit;
iv) Prin implementarea proiectului, linia de cale ferata va fi în conformitate cu parametrii tehnici
ceruti de standardele si legislatia europeana în vigoare. De asemenea, implementarea proiectului
va contribui la realizarea obiectivelor urmatoarelor conventii si acorduri internationale.
