Description of selection criterion: A pena di esclusione, i concorrenti dovranno essere in possesso del seguente requisito (NB: si precisa che i requisiti sotto indicati sono alternativi tra loro): (i) Possesso della seguente classificazione (rating): - pari o superiore a BBB se rilasciata da Standard & Poor’s o da Fitch Ratings; - pari o superiore a B+ se rilasciata dall’Agenzia A. M. Best; - pari o superiore a Baa se rilasciata dall’Agenzia Moody’s. Tale classificazione dovrà essere in corso di validità alla data di pubblicazione del Bando di Gara di cui alla presente procedura. Il concorrente dovrà indicare la società specializzata che ha attribuito la classificazione di rating. IN ALTERNATIVA (ii) aver realizzato, negli ultimi tre migliori esercizi finanziari approvati e depositati alla data di presentazione dell’offerta degli ultimi 5 anni, una raccolta premi complessiva, nei rami danni, non inferiore ad € 100.000.000,00 da intendersi quale sommatoria dei tre esercizi finanziari di cui l’offerente intende avvalersi per la comprova del requisito.
