Description of selection criterion: Wykonawca spełni warunek udziału w postępowaniu, jeżeli wykaże, że posiada uprawnienia do prowadzenia działalności bankowej oraz wykonywania czynności bankowych objętych przedmiotem zamówienia na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe. W przypadku banku krajowego wymagane jest właściwe zezwolenie, a w przypadku instytucji kredytowej z innego państwa członkowskiego Unii Europejskiej - dokument potwierdzający uprawnienie do prowadzenia działalności na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej na zasadach określonych w Prawie bankowym.
