Description of the options: Η Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. διατηρεί δικαίωμα προαίρεσης επί της προαναφερθείσας αρχικής προϋπολογισθείσας δαπάνης του Αντικειμένου Β της σύμβασης, το οποίο αφορά στην προμήθεια επιπλέον ποσοτήτων μέρους των αδειών χρήσης, βάσει των πραγματικών αναγκών που μπορεί να προκύψουν μέχρι του ποσού των δύο εκατομμυρίων, εξακοσίων δύο χιλιάδων, τριακοσίων δεκαπέντε ευρώ και πενήντα έξι λεπτών (2.602.315,56 €), πλέον του αναλογούντος Φ.Π.Α. Το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης ενεργοποιείται εφάπαξ ή τμηματικά, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της ΕΥΔΑΠ Α.Ε., κατόπιν μονομερούς δήλωσής της, που κοινοποιείται στον ανάδοχο σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα πριν προκύψει η σχετική αναγκαιότητα, κατόπιν αιτήματος της αρμόδιας οργανωτικής μονάδας και εισήγησης του/των Διαχειριστή/ών της σύμβασης, καθώς και της έγκρισης από το αποφαινόμενο όργανο.
