Early termination, damages, or other comparable sanctions: Im Rahmen eines früheren öffentlichen Auftrags kam es zu erheblichen Mängeln bei der Vertragserfüllung. Die festgestellten Mängel betrafen insbesondere Elektroarbeiten. Trotz Aufforderung zur Mängelbeseitigung und angemessener Fristsetzung wurden die vertraglich geschuldeten Leistungen nicht ordnungsgemäß erbracht. Die Pflichtverletzungen waren erheblich und führten zu Verzögerungen. Die entsprechenden Vorgänge sind durch Mängelanzeigen dokumentiert.
