Description: El objeto del presente pliego lo constituye el servicio consistente en la gestión del cine de propiedad municipal del Ayuntamiento de Moncada mediante la fórmula de licitación. Dada la imposibilidad de prestar el servicio directamente deviene la necesidad de externalizar el servicio y contratar una empresa para la realización del mismo. Asimismo, se hace constar que la mecanización de los plazos, la configuración de los criterios de adjudicación y la parametrización de los sobres en la Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público ha sido realizada materialmente por la Administrativa de Contratación, de acuerdo con el contenido del PCAP, quedando en todo caso supeditadas su validez legal y su acierto técnico al contenido del documento de aprobación y a la firma electrónica del órgano competente
