Description: Punctajul maxim pentru factorul de evaluare „Număr repere de origine ofertat (OE)” este de 60 de puncte dintr-un total de 100 puncte. Ponderea pentru factorul de evaluare „Număr repere de origine ofertat (OE)” este de 60% din totalul criteriului de atribuire și se va acorda după cum urmează: a. Pentru oferta admisibilă cu cel mai mare numar de repere de origine (OE) – 60 puncte b. Pentru restul ofertelor admisibile, punctajul se va calcula utilizand urmatoarea formula: P repere origine n = N repere origine n x 60, unde: N repere origine max P repere origine n – punctajul obtinut de catre oferta admisibilă aflată sub evaluare N repere origine n – numărul de repere de origine (OE) din oferta admisibilă aflată sub evaluare N repere origine max - numărul cel mai mare de repere de origine (OE) dintre ofertele admisibile Aplicarea factorului de evaluare se va realiza numai pentru ofertele care îndeplinesc cerința minimă din caietul de sarcini referitoare la mențiunea „repere de origine (OE)”. Cerința se aplică având în vedere mențiunile făcute în coloana „Informatii referitoare la producator (+OE)” din anexele la caietul de sarcini referitoare la loturi, unde vor fi marcate cu OE (original equipment) reperele care sunt luate în considerare în vederea aplicării factorului de evaluare „Număr repere de origine ofertat (OE)”. Numărul minim de repere marcat cu OE (original equipment) de către achizitor este Lot 1 – 5.491 repere sub care oferta va fi declarată neconformă. Numarul maxim de repere marcat cu OE (original equipment) dintre ofertele admisibile prezentate este Lot 1 – 8.546 repere. Punctajul total: Prețul ofertei (max 40 pct) + Componenta Tehnică (max 60 pct) = max 100 puncte. Clasamentul ofertelor va fi determinat pe baza punctajului total, ofertantul care are cel mai mare punctaj total fiind declarat câștigător. În cazul în care, după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, doua oferte prezintă punctaj egal, în vederea departajării acestora, autoritatea contractantă alege oferta cu cel mai mare punctaj obținut în cadrul subfactorului de evaluare „Componenta tehnică”, respectiv „Număr repere de origine (OE)”. În cazul în care se constată faptul că și prețurile sunt egale, în vederea departajării ofertelor, entitatea contractanta, prin intermediul SEAP, va solicita reofertarea prin prezentarea unei noi propuneri financiare. Noua propunere financiară va fi depusaă doar și numai în urma solicitării entității contractante. Ofertantul va prezenta o declarație pe propria răspundere privind numărul de repere marcate OE în vederea aplicarii algoritmului de punctare.
