Additional information: Accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande. La durée initiale de l'accord-cadre est de 12 mois reconductible 1-2 ou 3 fois par périodes successives de 12 mois. Le montant minimum annuel est de 150 000 Euros HT et le montant maximum annuel est de 275 000 Euros HT. Ces montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. Les conditions de participation sont précisées au règlement de consultation. Des questions/réponses peuvent être avoir été posées et répondues en amont du retrait de dossier de consultation par l'opérateur économique. Il lui appartient donc de les consulter. Le prix n'est pas le seul critère d'attribution, les critères sont mentionnés dans le règlement de consultation. Cet accord-cadre fait l'objet d'une clause d'insertion sociale. Les prestations similaires à celles du présent accord-cadre pourront être attribuées au même titulaire par un marché passé sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, dans la limite de 50% du montant du marché initial.
