Description: Obiectivele majore ale Comunelor Priboieni, Beleti Negresti, Boteni, Candesti si Dobresti din cadrul ADI Valea Carcinovului au ca scop dezvoltarea urbei pe multiple planuri, dar cu prioritate pe acele planuri care aduc o creştere a nivelului de trai şi implicit o îmbunătăţire a calităţii vieţii locuitorilor ei. construirii unei reţele de distribuţie gaze naturale în această zonă va fi unul pozitiv şi pe termen lung. Descrierea detaliată a lucrărilor este disponibilă în cadrul S.F., piese scrise si piese desenate, care face parte din documentația de atribuire a contractului de executie lucrari, postata in SEAP. In aplicarea dispozitiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 103 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta stabileste urmatoarele termene cu privire la solicitarile de clarificari: a) termenul limita de primire a solicitarilor de clarificari: 20 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor b) termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari: cu 11 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
