The facilities listed above constitute the main facilities. The scope also includes other facilities and infrastructure, including a pumping station, switchgear and underground infrastructure.

Description of the financial guarantee: 1. Amount of the tender guarantee PLN 1,000,000.00 (in words: one million zlotys) 2. Forms of the tender guarantee 1) The tender guarantee may be lodged in one or more of the following forms: a) cash; b) bank guarantees; c) insurance guarantees; d) sureties granted by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 establishing the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 419). 2) Where the tender guarantee is lodged in the form of a guarantee or surety referred to in paragraph 1(b)–(d), the Economic Operator shall submit to the Contracting Entity the original guarantee or surety in electronic form. 3) A tender guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance guarantee shall contain the following elements: a) identification of the Economic Operator, i.e. the applicant for the guarantee, and identification of the Contracting Entity, i.e. the beneficiary of the guarantee, namely: Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Jasło, ul. Na Kotlinę 33, 38-200 Jasło, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000080708, NIP 6850004967; REGON 370373355 b) identification of the Guarantor (the bank or insurance institution issuing the guarantee) and its registered office; c) the exact name of this procurement procedure and the amount of the guarantee; d) the validity period of the guarantee; e) an undertaking by the Guarantor to irrevocably and unconditionally pay the full amount of the tender guarantee upon the Contracting Entity’s first written demand, where the statutory circumstances specified in Article 98(6) of the Public Procurement Law occur. 4) A tender guarantee lodged by Economic Operators jointly competing for the contract shall be lodged in the name and on behalf of the entire consortium. 3. Place and method of lodging the tender guarantee 1) A tender guarantee lodged in cash shall be paid by bank transfer to the Contracting Entity’s bank account, i.e.: Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Jasło, ul. Na Kotlinę 33, 38-200 Jasło, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000080708, NIP 6850004967; REGON 370373355 with the following payment reference: “Construction of a Sewage Sludge Composting Facility at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jasło” 4. Time limit for lodging the tender guarantee 1) The tender guarantee shall be lodged before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. A tender guarantee lodged in cash by bank transfer shall be considered effectively lodged by the Contracting Entity only if the bank maintaining the Contracting Entity’s account confirms receipt of the transfer before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. 2) Where the tender guarantee is lodged in cash by bank transfer, it is a necessary condition that the funds are received and credited to the Contracting Entity’s bank account before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders.
