Additional information: Accord-cadre à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 600.000 euro(s) Ht par lot et par période d'un an renouvelable au maximum trois fois. 1 candidat ne pourra pas être titulaire des 2 lots, cela permet de ne pas mettre en péril la programmation des travaux de renouvellement de couche de surface en cas de défaillance d'un titulaire ou de demande ponctuelle importante. En cas de défaillance du titulaire d'un lot, l'acheteur se laisse la faculté de faire appel au titulaire du second lot pour exécuter les commandes. Exigence minimale : Accréditation Cofrac ou équivalent du (des) laboratoire(s) Certification professionnelle : opérateur de repérage (défini par l'arrêté du 4 juin 2024 relatif au repérage de l'amiante avant certaines opérations réalisées dans les immeubles autres que bâtis tels que les ouvrages de génie civil, infrastructures de transport ou réseaux divers pour les 3 sous domaines d'applications), formation théorique et pratique terminée et tutorat réalisé ou en cours à la date de démarrage de l'accord cadre). Le titulaire devra avoir l'agrément de travaux d'amiante en sous-section 4
