Other justification: Het huidige dronedetectiesysteem (Aeroscope) bereikt het einde van de technische levensduur (ELOT). Om de (vlieg)veiligheid op CLRS-locaties te waarborgen, is dringende vervanging noodzakelijk. Uit marktonderzoek is gebleken dat er momenteel één systeem aan de gestelde eisen voldoet. Voor het CD&E-traject wordt gebruikgemaakt van een contractant die dit systeem kan leveren en daarnaast de mogelijkheid biedt om bepaalde componenten tijdelijk te leasen/hosten, waardoor investeringen tijdens de testfase tot een minimum worden beperkt.
