Il désigne les deux phases opérationnelles du projet de reconfiguration du groupe scolaire Léo Lagrange, organisées comme suit : - Tranche 1 : construction du nouveau bâtiment élémentaire intégrant les locaux médico-sociaux (2 422 m²), ainsi que la réhabilitation et l'extension du restaurant scolaire existant, incluant les locaux périscolaires ; - Tranche 2 : réhabilitation et extension du bâtiment élémentaire B en vue de l'accueil de la nouvelle école maternelle (1 636 m²), démolition des bâtiments de la maternelle et de l'élémentaire A, et aménagement des espaces extérieurs.
