Description: Voor Perceel 1 richten de bouwkundige werkzaamheden zich voornamelijk op de nieuwbouw van sporthal 2, inclusief de hiervoor benodigde sloopwerkzaamheden. Voor sporthal 1, het zwembad en de kantine bestaan de werkzaamheden uit renovatie. Het doel is om de voorzieningen na de vernieuwbouw weer duurzaam, veilig, functioneel en geschikt voor langdurig gebruik te kunnen inzetten. Naast de uitvoering van de bouwkundige werkzaamheden vervult de aannemer binnen het bouwteam een coördinerende rol. De aannemer is verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming en coördinatie tussen de werkzaamheden van Perceel 1 en Perceel 2, zodat de bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden integraal en efficiënt kunnen worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Hierbij wordt onder andere aandacht besteed aan de planning, fasering, onderlinge raakvlakken en de afstemming van de werkzaamheden met de continuïteit van het complex. De gewenste situatie is een gemoderniseerd en toekomstbestendig sportcomplex, waarin de vernieuwde bouwkundige onderdelen aansluiten op de bestaande voorzieningen en op de technische installaties. Binnen het bouwteam wordt hierbij afstemming gezocht met de installateur, zodat de bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden integraal kunnen worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd.

Title: Installateur E&W
Description: Voor Perceel 2 richten de installatie werkzaamheden op de kantine, sporthal 1 en sporthal 2 en het zwembad, inclusief de daarvoor benodigde sloopwerkzaamheden. Hiermee wordt beoogd een betrouwbare, energie-efficiënte en beheersbare technische infrastructuur te realiseren die aansluit op de vernieuwde bouwkundige situatie. Een belangrijk uitgangspunt is dat de technische installaties niet alleen voldoen aan de actuele eisen en regelgeving, maar ook bijdragen aan een duurzame en efficiënte exploitatie van het complex. De gemeente vraagt nadrukkelijk aandacht voor het beperken van het energiegebruik en het beheersbaar houden van de toekomstige onderhouds- en exploitatiekosten. De installaties dienen daarom als integraal en toekomstgericht onderdeel van het complex te worden ontworpen en gerealiseerd. De gewenste situatie is een samenhangend en betrouwbaar installatietechnisch systeem waarmee de verschillende functies binnen De Haamen op een efficiënte en duurzame wijze kunnen worden ondersteund. De technische installaties van sporthal 1 en 2, de kantine en het zwembad worden daarbij afgestemd op de bouwkundige vernieuwbouw en de gefaseerde uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Binnen het bouwteam vindt hiervoor gedurende de voorbereiding en uitvoering afstemming plaats tussen de aannemer en installateur.
