Additional information: 10.1 Bieterfragen sind per Vergabeportal zu stellen, spätestens bis 28. Halbsatz VOB/B zum Ende des Verjährungszeitpunktes für Mangelansprüche gem. §13 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 VOB/B. 10.8 Das Beiblatt zum Formblatt 214 ist zu beachten. 10.9 entfällt 10.10 Elektronisch übermittelte Dokumente sind ohne Unterschrift gültig, sofern statt der Unterschrift der Name des (z.B. das Angebot oder den Auftrag) Erklärenden angegeben ist. Das gilt auch für AMEV- Wartungsverträge. 10.11 Statt des Formblattes VHB 213 ist das vom System automatisch generierte Angebotsschreiben zu verwenden.
