Description: Le présent marché a pour objet l’état des lieux de la transformation des plantes à parfum, aromatiques et médicinales (ppam) bio en France et la concurrence étrangère. Cette étude a pour objectif de caractériser les transformations en bio de plusieurs espèces de ppam, en mettant en avant les points forts et les faiblesses du secteur des ppam bio et en apportant des pistes d’élargissement des débouchés et d’amélioration de la compétitivité de la filière française des ppam bio. Pour chacune des espèces, les principaux concurrents étrangers devront être identifiés et caractérisés. Dans la mesure du possible, les flux de ces espèces de ppam bio vers et depuis la France devront être présentés. L’étude devra s’appuyer sur les études existantes.
