Wanneer de opdracht betrekking heeft op meerdere percelen, heeft de aanbestedende overheid het recht slechts bepaalde percelen te gunnen en eventueel te beslissen dat de andere percelen het voorwerp zullen uitmaken van een of meer nieuwe opdrachten, indien nodig op een andere wijze. De inschrijver kan een offerte indienen voor een, meerdere of voor alle percelen. Alle items opgesomd in een perceel moeten opgenomen zijn in de offerte per perceel.
