Main features of the procedure: Bergen Vann shall enter into a framework agreement for service and maintenance of ventilation systems, heat pumps and fixed dehumidifiers located in the municipalities of Bergen and Bjørnafjorden. dehumidifiers in production plants. Tenderers also carry out the necessary minor repairs, replacement of parts in accordance with the manufacturer ́s recommended service intervals and assist with any questions. Annual service (ventilation, heat pump, fixed dehumidifier) is to be invoiced in accordance with the offered fixed price per production facility. Annual services shall be carried out in the work window in January and/or February and it is the tenderer ́s responsibility to have this carried out. Especially about bag filters: - All treatment plants (Kvernevik, Ytre Sandviken, Holen, Biogass, Flesland, Knappen): the bag filter shall be replaced for service and therefore brought to service.- All water treatment plants: Production manager orders as needed. Bag filters shall be invoiced in accordance with the tender price in "Annex 1 - Equipment, Overview" even if this is delivered and/or replaced during an annual service. If the overview of bag filters (Annex 1, Overview equipment) contains errors and/or shortcomings, the tenderer shall update the annex and use it further, as well as give the Contracting Authority a copy. Additional assignments Additional assignments will be assignments beyond annual service, such as: troubleshooting, repairs, installation of new equipment. These assignments require approval by the production manager and shall be invoiced at the offered hourly rate. Other products: - Fabric filters, not listed in annex 1. - Consumables and spare parts connected to annual service and minor repairs. - Any delivery of a new ventilation system, heat pump or fixed dehumidifier for production installations (as needed for replacement/additional installation). Any procurements shall always be approved by the contracting authority ́s gender neutral preferred in advance. These items shall be invoiced after the offered mark-up. Not included in the contract: - Movable/mobile dehumidifiers or other equipment that is not fixed in production installations. Reporting: All reporting (service protocols, pictures, recommended measures, deviation reports etc.) shall be included in the tender prices for annual service. Attention is agreed that the volume and locations can be changed during the contract period (e.g. new plants or a reduced number of units). HSE - If needed, prepare a Secure Job analysis (SJA) in cooperation with the contracting authority ́s representatives on site, as well as other involved parties.- Immediately inform the contracting authority's gender neutral preferred about any personal injury and near misses.- Have the role of the main company and thereby be responsible for coordinating the HSE work at work. VaccinesIt is recommended that all persons who shall work with sewage water are vaccinated against: Tetanus, Polio and Hepatitis A and B. Supplier audits The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out supplier audits during the agreement period. The exclusiveity agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure equivalent goods or services from other suppliers if needed.
