Description: Nolikuma 2.11.1. punktā norādītājam būvprojekta vadītājam – sertificētam arhitektam iepriekšējo 3 (trīs) gadu laikā* ir pieredze 1 (vienas) līdzīgas** būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijas (paziņojums par būvniecību, būvprojekts, paskaidrojuma raksts vai apliecinājuma karte) izstrādē.* Par iepriekšējo 3 (trīs) gadu laikā izstrādātu būvniecības ieceres dokumentāciju tiks atzīta būvniecības ieceres dokumentācija, kas laika posmā no 2023.gada 1.janvāra līdz piedāvājuma iesniegšanas termiņa beigām atbilstoši attiecīgās valsts normatīvajos aktos noteiktajai kārtībai pabeigta tādējādi, ka nav šķēršļu uzsākt būvdarbu veikšanu atbilstoši konkrētajai būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijai (piemēram, akceptēta attiecīgajā būvvaldē).** Par līdzīgu būvniecības ieceres dokumentāciju (būvprojekts, paskaidrojuma raksts, paziņojums par būvniecību vai apliecinājuma karte) tiks atzīts līgums kura ietvaros projektēts spēļu vai rekreācijas laukums.Ja attiecīgajam speciālistam nav pieredze 1 (vienas) līdzīgas** būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijas izstrādē, tad pretendents šajā kritērijā saņem 0 punktus.
