Im Interesse einer möglichst breit angelegten Information der interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmer erfolgt diese Bekanntmachung im Supplement zum Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Die im Rahmen des vorliegenden Bekanntmachungstextes verwendete Verfahrensbezeichnung "Offenes Verfahren" (Ziffer IV.1.1) ist den Vorgaben des Bekanntmachungsformulars geschuldet. Hiermit sowie mit der Nutzung des Mediums "TED" ist keinerlei Unterwerfung unter vergaberechtliche Regelungen verbunden, deren Geltung kraft Gesetzes bzw.
