Alternativamente, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante las Secciones del orden contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal de Instancia de Barcelona, dentro del plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de su notificación, o en su defecto, desde su fecha de publicación.”.
