Additional information: 1. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest częścią większego zamówienia udzielanego w częściach. Każda część stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania w ramach zamówienia udzielanego w częściach. Wartość części zamówienia nie przekracza kwoty określonej w przepisach, do których odsyła art. 3 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. Wartość całości zamówienia przekracza kwotę określoną w przepisach, do których odsyła art. 3 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. 2. Zamawiający zastrzega, że na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp w związku z art. 133 ust. 3 ustawy Pzp informacje zawarte w załącznikach do OPZ mają charakter poufny. Wykonawcy, przed otrzymaniem ww. dokumentów, będą obowiązani podpisać oświadczenie o zachowaniu udostępnionej informacji w poufności. Wzór „Oświadczenia o zachowaniu poufności” stanowi załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
