El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento cotidiano, conservación y reparación de todos los espacios, instalaciones y edificios públicos de titularidad municipal y realizar todo tipo de pequeños trabajos, para atender de manera inmediata a las averías que se presentan diariamente, con el fin de atender a las demandas de la comunidad educativa, de las entidades deportivas, y atender las deficiencias detectadas en los espacios y edificios públicos de titularidad municipal que permita resolver de un modo eficaz las situaciones creadas que afecten al normal desarrollo de un servicio público por deterioro, rotura, vandalismo, etc.
