Description of the options: 1.La stazione appaltante si riserva, ai sensi dell'art. 120, comma 10, del Codice, di prorogare il contratto per una durata massima pari a 12 mesi, ai prezzi, patti e condizioni stabiliti nel contratto o alle condizioni di mercato ove più favorevoli per la stazione appaltante. L'importo stimato di tale opzione è pari a euro 675.000,00, di cui euro 6.750,00 per oneri della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso, al netto di IVA. 2.La stazione appaltante si riserva infine la facoltà di aumentare o diminuire l'importo contrattuale, entro il limite del 20% ai sensi dell'articolo 120 comma 9 del D.LGS. 36/2023 alle condizioni originariamente previste. Il valore dell'opzione, in caso di variazione in aumento, è pari ad euro 405.000,00 di cui euro 4.050,00 per oneri della sicurezza per rischi da interferenza non soggetti a ribasso, IVA esclusa.
