Description: Conform Caietelor de Sarcini : In conformitate cu prevederile „Nomenclatorului privind lucrările si serviciile aferente drumurilor publice” nr.346 din 15 mai 2000 publicat in Monitoul Oficial al Romaniei, partea I nr.255/8.VI.2000 Anexa 1 si 2, Ind. 102. Intretinere curenta pe timp de iarna, in cadrul acordului cadru/contractului subsecvent se vor executa urmatoarele: ► Deszapezirea mecanica Activitatea de deszapezire a drumurilor nationale si a autostrazilor se va efectua in conformitate cu prevederile „Normativului privind prevenirea si combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice “ – Indicativ AND nr. 525/2013 si consta in: -raspandirea mecanica a materialelor antiderapante sau a substantelor chimice in scopul prevenirii sau combaterii poleiului, ghetii sau a zapezii (ore); -patrularea cu utilaje pentru informarea starii drumurilor nationale si a autostrazilor sau pentru prevenirea inzapezirii in timpul ninsorilor linistite sau al viscolelor moderate (viteza vantului sub 30 km/h) (ore); -deszapezirea mecanica cu autoutilaje specifice (ore); -degajarea vehiculelor inzapezite care impiedica actiunea de deszapezire de pe platforma drumurilor (ore). ► Informari privind starea drumurilor Asigurarea permanentei, instruirea personalului si asigurarea logisticii necesare este in sarcina Prestatorului. Informarile se vor efectua conform „Normativului privind prevenirea si combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice“ – Indicativ AND nr.525/2013, precum si a Ordinului Ministrului Transporturilor privind functionarea Comandamentului Central de Iarna. Personalul Prestatorului va transmite informatiile privind viabilitatea drumurilor nationale / autostrazilor, dupa caz, conform programului de raportare stabilit de Beneficiar. Raportarea se va face conform datelor solicitate in Anexa 7 - BULETIN METEO RUTIER din „Normativul privind prevenirea si combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice“ – Indicativ AND nr. 525/2013. Nota: Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici interesati de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica au dreptul de a solicita clarificari in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Informarile se vor efectua conform „Normativului privind prevenirea si combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice“ – Indicativ AND nr.525/2013, precum si a Ordinului Ministrului Transporturilor privind functionarea Comandamentului Central de Iarna. Personalul Prestatorului va transmite informatiile privind viabilitatea drumurilor nationale / autostrazilor, dupa caz, conform programului de raportare stabilit de Beneficiar.
