Title: Servicio de limpieza de los edificios e instalaciones dependientes de la Dirección General de Empleo y Formación
Description: El Real Decreto 486/1997, de 14 de abril, por el que se establecen las disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y salud en los lugares de trabajo, dispone que: “Los lugares de trabajo, incluidos los locales de servicio y sus respectivos equipos e instalaciones, se limpiarán periódicamente y siempre que sea necesario para mantenerlos en todo momento en condiciones higiénicas adecuadas”. A fin de garantizar el funcionamiento básico de los servicios, el mandato legal mencionado en el párrafo anterior impone a LABORA la obligación de mantener en unas óptimas condiciones de higiene y limpieza los edificios de los Centros de Formación y demás instalaciones dependientes de la Dirección General de Empleo y Formación de las provincias de Alicante, Castellón y Valencia, al tratarse de locales a los que acuden diariamente un elevado número de empleados públicos para el desarrollo de sus funciones, de ciudadanos para la realización de todo tipo de trámites, y de alumnos que reciben cursos de formación. LABORA no dispone actualmente de personal propio cualificado que realice estas tareas ni resulta conveniente para la Administración la modificación de su estructura de personal, por lo que resulta necesario atender dicha necesidad mediante un contrato administrativo de servicios.
