Description: De Gemeente Apeldoorn schrijft deze aanbesteding uit om een gespecialiseerde marktpartij te contracteren voor het opschonen, classificeren, verduurzamen en migreren van informatie op de J- en K-netwerkschijven. De huidige fileshare-omgeving bevat een groot volume aan ongestructureerde informatie, waardoor efficiënt informatiebeheer niet mogelijk is en er risico's ontstaan op het gebied van de Archiefwet, de Wet open overheid (Woo), de AVG en informatiebeveiliging. Om een beheersbare situatie te creëren en deze risico’s te mitigeren wil de gemeente dit data volume opschonen, classificeren en labelen, en migreren naar passende en duurzame doelbestemmingen.
