Title: Acord- cadru - Regenerare, modernizare (reabilitare) si mentenanta zone urbane
Description: Obiectul achizitiei consta in semnarea unui Acord-Cadru, cu o durata de 48 de luni de la data intrarii in vigoare a Acordului-Cadru, care sa stabileasca termenii, conditiile precum si cadrul legal, financiar, tehnic si administrativ pentru atribuirea Contractelor subsecvente, in vederea asigurarii de catre Ofertanti, in conditii de siguranta, operativitate si eficienta financiara, a executiei lucrarilor privind regenerarea, modernizarea (reabilitarea) si mentenanta zonelor urbane. Contractele subsecvente care urmeaza a fi incheiate pe parcursul derularii acordului cadru vor viza ca regula generala executia de lucrari de implementare a contextului de regenerare urbana la nivelul unitatii administrativ teritoriale, sectorul 4 al municipiului Bucuresti. Durata contractelor subsecvente incheiate in perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru poate depasi durata acordului cadru si se intind pana la finalizarea completa a activitatilor ce constituie obiectul acestora, luand in calcul orice forme de prelungire, perioada de remediere a defectiunilor etc. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate de lucrari pe durata acordului cadru precum si pentru un contract subsecvent sunt conform Anexei la Caietul de sarcini. Avand in vedere ca documentatia de atribuire contine un set minim de informatii specifice referitoare la estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru, precum si estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, subliniem faptul ca aceste cantitati minime si maxime pe care autoritatea contractanta le stabileste initial in documentatia de atribuire si ulterior in acordul-cadru reprezinta estimari ale unor cantitati care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si nu cantitatile exacte care vor fi achizitionate, acestea din urma putand fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari raportat la cele estimate, in functie de necesitatile reale ale autoritatii contractante si cu luarea in considerare a clauzelor de revizuire prevazute de documentatia de atribuire. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 801.557.288,79 lei Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Clarificarile solicitate dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatii suplimentare, in cea de-a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Contractele subsecvente vor fi finantate si din alte surse financiare legal constituite. Pentru finatarea excutiei lucrarilor aferente contractelor subsecvente incheiate in derularea acordului cadru, autoritatea contractantă va accesa proiecte și/sau programe finanțate din fonduri naționale si ale Uniunii Europene (PNRR, POR etc.) fără ca aceasta descriere sa fie una limitativa
