Description of selection criterion: Relevante ervaring van de onderneming Minimumeisen: De inschrijver toont zijn technische en beroepsbekwaamheid aan door relevante referenties inzake complexe ziekenhuistransities. Minstens 3 referenties van de afgelopen 10 jaar waarbij minstens 1 referentie betrekking dient te hebben op de daadwerkelijke transitie en ingebruikname van een volledig nieuw ziekenhuis. De andere referenties dienen betrekking te hebben op ziekenhuisnieuwbouwprojecten van vergelijkbare scope en complexiteit. Uit deze referentie moet blijken dat de inschrijver een substantiële rol heeft opgenomen over verschillende onderdelen van het transitieprogramme heen en niet uitsluitend één gespecialiseerd deelaspect heeft uitgevoerd. De referentie moet minimaal aantonen dat de opdracht betrekking had op: - uitrusting - ICT/digitale transitie - inhuizing en verhuis - ziekenhuisbrede integratie - operationele ingebruikname/go-live - apotheekwerking - overkoepelende programma- of transitiesturing. De inschrijver omschrijft duidelijk zijn eigen contractuele verantwoordelijkheid en de concrete rol die hij binnen het project heeft opgenomen.
