Title: Instelling van een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) t.b.v. de inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten en ZZP’ers vanaf schaal 8 en hoger voor organisaties aangesloten bij Flex West-Brabant.
Description: Flexwestbrabant.nl is het Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem (DAS) voor inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten en ZZP’ers vanaf schaal 8 binnen de aangesloten organisaties van Zeeland, West- en Midden Brabant. Hiermee beogen de aangesloten organisaties opdrachten voor de inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten en ZZP’ers op een open en eerlijke manier op de markt te zetten. Flex West-Brabant en haar klanten hebben gekozen voor het inrichten van één DAS. Flex West-Brabant zal voornamelijk worden ingezet voor losse opdrachten. Voor externe inhuur functies tot (en met) schaal 8 en payroll externe inhuur zijn eerder overeenkomsten aangegaan met contractpartners. Hiernaast kunnen voor verschillende specialistische functiegroepen overeenkomsten aangegaan worden met contractpartners. Het DAS zal voor deze externe inhuur alleen worden ingezet als de inhuurbehoefte niet via deze contractpartners kan worden ingevuld. Hiernaast beschikt de aanbesteder, Regio West-Brabant, over eigen consultants, die worden ingezet onder de naam Publiek Maatwerk. Deze consultants zijn gespecialiseerd in verschillende vakgebieden. Wanneer een vacature op Flexwestbrabant.nl is gezet die door één van deze consultants ingevuld zou kunnen worden, dan kan de procedure tijdelijk on hold worden gezet, dan wel in worden getrokken om te onderzoeken of de consultant van Regio West-Brabant de opdracht in kan vullen en of er een voldoende match is tussen de inhurende organisatie en de betreffende consultant. Wanneer de consultant in wordt gezet komt de Aanvraag in het DAS te vervallen. Flex West-Brabant en/of haar deelnemende organisaties zijn gerechtigd om tijdens de looptijd van het DAS separate raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten met een aantal nog te contracteren contractspartners.
