Deze inkoopbehoefte wordt voor de genoemde partijen zoveel mogelijk gecentraliseerd via dit Dynamisch aankoopsysteem. Genoemde aanbestedende diensten hebben de mogelijkheid maar niet de verplichting om nadere offerteaanvragen te plaatsen via de aankoopcentrale en via het Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS). In de publicatie is uitgegaan van een raming van 11 miljoen voor alle categorieën samen voor de gehele looptijd van het DAS. De geschatte waarde voor de categorie 1 t.m. 3 is tezamen 9 miljoen, waarbij afhankelijk van het al dan niet gezamenlijk inwinnen de waarde per categorie 1 t.m. 3 kan fluctueren. De geschatte waarde voor categorie 4 controle bedraagt 1 miljoen en de geschatte waarde van categorie 5 is ook 1 miljoen.
